Terms of Service

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND FINISHED PIECE DISTRIBUTION

  • I provide commissions exclusively digitally. There will never be a physical component unless specified.

  • Finished commissions will be delivered via FurAffinity/DeviantART notes, Twitter DMs, or YCH.Art DMs. It is the sole duty of the commissioner to save and store a completed commission, since I may not be able to keep all completed commissions.

  • My work is only for private/personal use. I do not allow my work to be used for commercial use or profit, unless commercial usage is discussed and agreed to by both me and the commissioner.

  • I maintain all rights to my work, including selling prints or any physical item. Unless stated otherwise by the commissioner prior to payment.

  • No other party will be allowed to trace, copy, edit, or remove the watermark from a finished product.

PROCESS DETAILS

  • You must be 18 years old or older in order to commission me, I will not accept payment from a minor. If I find out that you are under the age of 18, I will issue a full refund and cancel the commission.

  • I reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason I see fit

  • Full payment is required before I begin any work. The only exception is when the commissioner and I have discussed a payment plan beforehand.

  • With Auctions, payment must be sent within 24 hours of contact. Failure to send payment or make contact will result in the auction to go back up for sale and the client being black listed.

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any point. The commissioner will receive a full refund.

  • I will only accept visual references for commissions, unless stated otherwise. I prefer References to be just flat colors, but can work with shaded

  • There will never be stylistic edits for commissions. Please review my previous commissions and gallery before choosing to commission me.

  • For commissions/YCH’s (Your Character Here) I will send up to 2 WIP’s (Works in Progress). I will send the first WIP of the refined sketch, as the commissioner it is up to you to communicate any major changes that need to be done. I will send the second WIP during the flat coloring stage to make sure all the details are there, as the commissioner it is up to you to communicate any minor changes that need to be done.

  • Any major changes that need to be done to the commission will be done before the line art stage.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • All payments will be done through Paypal via invoice.

  • Full payment must be sent and confirmed before any work is done for the commission. The only exception to this term is when the commissioner and I have discussed and settled on a payment plan.

  • Do not send money directly to me. I only accept payment via invoice on Paypal. I will not under any circumstance accept E-Check, Western Union, DeviantART Points, Steam currency/Games on Steam, Riot Points or skins on League of Legends as payment for a commission.

REFUND POLICY

  • The commissioner can request a refund at any point before I begin shading.

  • I do not do refunds if the commission is finished or in the process of shading.

  • I will only refund 30% of the total commission during the flat color stage.

  • I will only refund 50% of the total commission during the line art stage.

  • I will only refund 70% of the total commission during the sketch stage.

  • I will only issue a full refund if I haven’t started working on the commission.

  • Refunds will be issued by me, I do not allow chargebacks or disputes.

WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW

  • Complex Mecha/Armor/Weapons.

  • Hateful pieces or anything discriminatory towards a specific person or group.

  • Hyper proportions.

  • Incest

  • Diapers/Scat.

  • Stolen Characters.

  • Minors in sexual situations.

  • Extreme gore.

  • Realism.

  • Anything that I am not comfortable with, As stated before I reserve the right to deny a commission.

GENERAL INFO TO NOTE

  • Feel free to ask about my commissions if you still have questions after reading the above.

  • Please give me time to respond to your commission inquiry, I’m not always on my computer.

  • Adding additional characters to a commission will always be additional to the base price. I will only draw up to 4 characters in one commission, unless it’s separate pieces.

  • You may not under any circumstance claim my work as your own. If you wish to post your commission in your gallery on FurAffinity, Twitter, Toyhouse, or DeviantART, then you must credit me and/or link to the original post.

  • You may commission me for gifts for other people, but you must provide evidence that you have that person’s consent.

  • Turnaround times for commissions vary. I usually take 3 days to 12 days to complete a commission, this does not include days I have off. How quick the turnaround time takes will depend on how quick the client responds to work in progress updates.  If there are any complications with completing the commission, I will notify the commissioner immediately and provide a new estimated completion date.

  • Please take into consideration that I only work on commissions Mondays to Thursdays, 11am - 4pm EST.

  • I work in bulk with commissions, there is usually a queue of other commissions I need to complete.
